marine corps air station miramar in california wednesday evening. the remains of seven marines and a navy sailor recovered after their assault amphibious vehicle sank during an exercise. their caskets escorted on a c-17 aircraft bound for dover air force base in delaware, where their remains will be released to their families. the cause of the july 30th incident is still under investigation. now, to salt lake city, where the police department has suspended its k-9 program after the release of body cam video showing a police dog appearing to repeatedly bite a black man who was kneeling with his hands up. the man has had multiple surgeries to repair the damage and he s now planning to sue the department, claiming the use of force was unnecessary and that it happened because he s black. abc s adrienne bankert with the video, and a warning, it is difficult to watch. reporter: tonight, that just-released police body cam video of an incident last april showing police officers commanding
