POTTSTOWN It’s not uncommon during the car shows on the first Saturday of each summer month to see a wide collection of customized American makes and models on display on High Street. But once a year, High Street is subject to a foreign invasion of car makes and models from European countries, particularly Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche, and that day is this Sunday, Sept. 3.
