Health Canada recalls select vitamins after metal pieces found

Health Canada has issued a recall on certain vitamins that may contain metal wire pieces. According to the notice, Church and Dwight Canada Corp. is recalling certain lots of its L’il Critters Gummy Vites children’s vitamins, Vitafusion Fibre Well, and Vitafusion MultiVites vitamins for adults due to possible contamination.
