Twenty-five new employees to be hired
The company plans to relocate 50 employees from its two crowded existing sites and will hire 25 new employees.
The proposed project will be located on a 44-acre section of the recently annexed property on Daisy Way and North Geyers Chapel Road.

In a 5-2 vote, the council approved a motion to change nearly 1 acre of residential zoning to I-2 industrial zoning on West Henry Street near downtown.
Rezoned 20.3 acres of I-1 industrial zoning to I-2 zoning along the south side of the pending Daisy Way extension to Old Airport Road.
Approved a motion to purchase 4,000 tons of roadway salt for the upcoming winter season. Nearly 4,700 tons of salt is used each winter on average in Wooster. Despite using 500 tons less this past winter, the city stockpile sits at 3,900 tons. This purchase will be made using the 2022 budget.
