dana: dr. mehmet oz and dave mccormick are separated by a few thousand votes. if the margin doesn t get bigger it heads for a recount. bill: pennsylvania s recount threshold, half a percentage point, .5% still tallying the votes and both candidates sounding very confident late last night. when all the votes are tallied i m confident we will win. we can see the path ahead. we can see victory ahead. dana: bryan llenas is reporting live from new hope, pennsylvania. you had a late night. catch us up this morning, bryan. good morning. we re in bucks county, the philadelphia suburban county that put oz over the top. the margins here were better than people expected. oz is currently leading dave mccormick by less than 3,000 votes statewide. the doctor is winning bucks county by some 5,000 votes. the mccormick camp says they re confident that thousands of absentee and mail-in ballots will break their way. perhaps voters chose mccormick before trump s endorsement of dr. oz
sierra, still heavy, heavy rainfall into parts of l.a. today. could even be some flooding there. likely more like flash flooding, not river flooding. but even a thunderstorm possible, some of that could certainly come down those hills and of course those burn scars are always the first to flood. and here is what it looks like the rest of the day. moving you ahead. again, one of the coldest storms we ve seen in 30 years here with snow levels down to 1500 to 1,000 feet of sea level. typically it doesn t contain much moisture, but this picked up moisture and now coming back on shore here. and this is a very try area. don t get me wrong. we will take the rainfall and snowfall. but there will be 6 to 10 feet of snow in the southern sierra. 5 to 6 feet in the l.a. mountains north of l.a. and we ll take it because the
neighboring communities said we do not want vietnam disabled vets out here. so the vets were kicked out. 4000 vets once lived here, roughly the same number of homeless veterans in l.a. today. late last night in an l.a. courthouse, the lawsuit was filed demanding that within six months, the va offer housing to at least 3500 vets on or around this land and not use this land for purposes that are not primarily related to providing housing and health care for veterans with disabilities. so, no longer a private school s playground. what do you want to see happening there? a lot. but the base thing is housing for veterans, period. but joshua lived in he is among 14 homeless veteran plaintiffs. he we have to build this housing.
