This was a family gathering. At least 35 people were at this party watching a Football Game when an unknown suspect accesses th into the crowd. At least 10 people were shot and four are dead. The initial information is that somebody came up on foot possibly, at least one suspect, and began firing. An ice cream shop owner is hoping to track down a vandal that caused thousands of dollars to his store front. He was bold enough to take pictures with his cell phone. He went on from then. The Sonoma County board of supervisors voted to declare a local state of emergency because of the kincade fire. The agreed to extend the previous Emergency Declaration for the Public Safety power shut off. Allie rasmus was at the meeting that just wrapped up in joins us live with the latest. Reporter declaring that local Cuming County with state of emergency is the first step for the county to eventually apply for state funding to pay for the kincade fire. What led up to this . Apparently was a man with a gun we are standing on the 2200 block on mckee. This happen inside this apartment complex which is on the other side of mckee road. We talked to workers who were in the area and said they heard shots fired and saw Police Performing lifesaving measures on one suspect was on the ground. Police say that suspect was transported to a nearby Regional Hospital of san jose. It is a block or two away. He was pronounced dead.
