This morning, its still not clear what caused the explosion in the northern port city. Shock waves were felt miles away. Seth doane has the report. Reporter as we were driving toward the site of the explosion, we could see the windows of an Apartment Building blown open because of the power of the blast. That explosion took place before midnight here local time, lighting up the night sky with orange.
