National Ave. Sanfelippo already has a number of real estate holdings in the neighborhood, acquired to facilitate the family taxicab business American United. The company is based out of an office building a block northwest at 646 S. 2nd St., it also owns the adjacent gas station.

Downtown Milwaukee Area Plan Update Kicks Off Billions of dollars in investment and thousands of new residential units later, Milwaukee is ready to update the plan for its downtown.
