Peters Golf Course, William Woods battled through difficult weather conditions and the absence of last year s top runner, Ellie Dimond, and this year s No. 4 runner, Sarah Kirby, but finished just four points shy of Missouri Baptist for second.
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa Mekayla Gibson picked up her second individual race title of the season, and William Woods easily cruised past the field at the Seminole Valley Stampede, scoring a season-best 33 points to claim the top spot in the seven-team event. All five scoring runners for the Owls finished in the top 15, with Sarah Kirby picking up a new PR by better than a minute with a time of 20:12.0.
