Renowned philanthropist Ayivor adopts Volta X-Country team

The Volta Regional Sports Authority (VRSA) has secured a juicy sponsorship deal from a renowned Ho-based philanthropist and Executive Director of From Home Company Limited, Mr Joe Ayivor, to rejuvenate its newly-composed regional cross-country nucleus team.
According to a news release, the deal was brokered by the Chief Sports Development Officer and Regional Sports Director of the Authority, Mr Kwame Amponfi Jnr, through one of his “aggressive sponsorship initiatives.”
Among others, the offer will see Mr Ayivor providing financial and material support for the effective preparation and participation of Team Volta in future National Cross-Country competitions.
