One of the two South African men accused of setting a dog on their Namibian security guard says the guard was armed with a panga and pickaxe handle before he was attacked by a dog.
One of the two men accused of setting their dog on a worker had previously skipped the country for 10 years while out on bail for the murder of two men.
Police Minister Bheki Cele and Justice Minister Ronald Lamola are set to attend the case against Limpopo private security manager Pieter Groenewald, who is accused of the attempted murder of an employee.
