Karnal: Five students of MCom of Dyal Singh College, Karnal, Ramandeep, Mandeep and Vishal of MCom (fourth semester); Mahima and Sonali of M Com (second semester) cleared UGC NET conducted in June 2020. Along with these five students, two old students of the College, Ekta and Swati made the college feel proud as Ekta cleared JRF and Swati cleared NET. Two students of M.Sc. Forensic Science (5 years integrated course) – Nandini of ninth semester and Ankush (pass out in 2020) cleared UGC NTA NET 2020. Nandini acquired national fellowship for Scheduled Cast students (NFSC) to pursue PhD. Arshdeep Arora also cleared UGC NET June 2020 in English and Rooma Devi (passout in 2017) also cleared UGC NET in political science. Dr Chander Shekhar, principal, congratulated all students for their achievements and prayed for their bright future. As a motivating gesture, the principal waived the final semester college fee of Sonali, Mahima and Nandini. Dr Mukta Jain,HoD, commerce, Poonam S
