A dedicated group of Coulee Region elves has been crafting handmade toys for over 20 years, ensuring that underprivileged children receive special gifts during Christmas. This year, they have created 52 dinosaur push pull toys for children at the Family & Children’s Center in La Crosse. Despite challenges, including the pandemic, these elves remain committed to spreading joy and putting smiles on kids faces.
