The Criminal Defence Lawyer who represented a now-convicted murderer who was sentenced last Friday to 29 years and 11 months in prison, for the April 2019 brutal killing of Twenty-Three-year-old Mt Craven resident Kurt Fraser, said he is not satisfied with the judge’s ruling and would seek redress at the Court of Appeal.
