Five people, including an incharge of a pharmacy in Karnataka, were arrested for selling painkillers to youngsters to get high. Police seized tapentadol pills, nitrazepam strips, and synthetic drugs from them. The arrested individuals were involved in supplying scheduled drugs across Tamil Nadu.
