Sorry, emo kids, you’re going to have to wait even longer to see My Chemical Romance on their comeback tour. While bands continue to announce very ambitious summer and fall tour dates, My Chemical Romance are opting to be extra cautious, pushing their previously rescheduled summer 2021 dates to spring and summer of 2022.

The band made the announcement on their site, writing, “We are deeply sad, but those emotions are only a fraction of the depth of feeling we have all experienced watching the suffering and loss of the past year. We just want to be as sure as we can be that everyone is safe. Refunds will be offered to anyone who wants them. We are sorry if this is disappointing, and we REALLY can’t wait to see you in 2022. All tickets will be honored for the new dates.
