One of the cheetahs that was brought to Kuno National Park from Namibia caused panic among villagers as the animal escaped from the park and entered a village.
The officials said that rehabilitation work would be done in the national park as per the prevailing internationally practised techniques of cheetah management.
Uniindia: Bhopal, Sep 8 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said on Thursday that the “nationally important” translocation of cheetahs from Namibia to this state’s Kuno National Park is being done as per prescribed parameters, it was officially learnt.
