Bird-Kultgen Ford in Waco, Texas, reported record gross revenue in total sales and service even while some employees worked from home as part of the dealership’s virtual sales tower.
One of Jeff Gabbert s first acts as the new vice president of sales at Bird-Kultgen Ford was supposed to be to bring the dealership s sales force together. Instead, he worked to ensure the team members stayed apart.
As he arrived last November, some of the dealership s employees contracted the coronavirus and about 15 others needed to quarantine because of potential exposure. The groups included members of the senior leadership team.

WACO, TX â On Jan 10, 2021, shortly before 3:15 AM, Waco PD officers were sent to Bird Kultgen Ford at 1701 W. Loop 340 in Waco after a security officer located a fence that had been run through at the business.
After the first officer arrived, she noticed that the lock to the gate entering the parking lot had been cut and found a tow strap in the parking lot.
After a manager with the business arrived, he notified officers that a 2018 White Dodge Ram 2500 crew cab pick-up truck had been taken from the property on the used car sales side of the business.
