Vivian O Neal was crowned as Miss Mississippi 2023 Saturday night in Vicksburg. The Hattiesburg native and Southern Miss product works at her alma mater.
Competition continues for the Miss Mississippi title. 38 contestants from all over the state are competing for the crown plus thousands of dollars in cash and scholarships.
