A limited liability company tied to New Castle Building Products recently paid $1 million for the company’s Berlin location.
The building material supplier is headquartered in White Plains, New York and has 22 additional locations, including 191 Commerce St. in Berlin, according to its website.
NCBP East Berlin LLC, a limited liability company tied to New Castle, bought the Berlin property from 191 Commerce Street Associates in a $1 million sale recorded by the town on Sept. 22.

Students from the classes of Valerie Morales and Frank Borrego at G.W. Stout Elementary School donated food to the SPIN seasonal homeless shelter Thursday afternoon.
