our guests join me to talk about what this means for you getting a job and keeping a job and moving up at work. kristina romer at the white house saying the report shows a continuation of gradual labor market repair a. is this labor market repair or a pause in the labor market repair, bill? this is a part of what i ve been calling the two-step economy. you take two steps forward and take one step back. and this is a step back. and this is a step back. do you think this is a step back? no, it is still a step forward. i would agree with bill that we are having a recovery, this is a sustained recovery. the problem is, when you step back and look at it, we lost over 8 million jobs.
