FARGO The woman identified by police as the driver in a crash that caused a power outage in downtown Fargo Wednesday morning, Aug. 4, is listed as the owner of a business that provides sober rides.
Kristina Jo Budke, 36, was the sole occupant inside the car that crashed in the 100 block of First Avenue North around 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to Fargo police spokeswoman Jessica Schindeldecker. She was later cited for driving under the influence.
