WVPB is looking for an individual to fill a contract position for the Folkways Reporter position. The Inside Appalachia team is looking for new reporters for the Folkways Reporting Corps.
This position is responsible for performing and handling board/air shifts, monitoring computerized transmitter network, preparing recordings for air, operating a satellite-fed automation system, and maintaining building security.
