Restaurants and bars back open to 50% capacity

Taylor Six/The Register Friday, Craft Restaurant and Artistry, would have had their grand opening celebration. But in the midst of the COVID-19, owner Ashley Gallaher decided to cancelled.  On Monday, bars and restaurants in Kentucky were allowed to open back up to 50% capacity for indoor dining. This re-opening of bars and restaurants comes just short of a month since Gov. Andy Beshear closed indoor dining due to the increasing number of COVID-19 cases. The curfew for both restaurants and bars to stop serving at 11 p.m. will stay in effect until further notice. The many openings, closings, and changing of restrictions have been a whirlwind for restaurants and bars as well as the customers who frequent them.
