Cinco de Mayo celebrates freedom, tradition

Cinco de Mayo has become a popular U.S. celebration, with 81 million pounds of avocados, 16.6 million pounds of chips, 25 million pounds of salsa, and 12.3 million cases of tequila consumed annually by fiesta goers.
