One of them was Joplin resident Kristin Devore.
“I feel great. No different than when I first got here,” Devore told us a few minutes after receiving her first dose of Pfizer coronavirus vaccine.
Devore works at the Children’s Haven in Joplin, and is excited to be one step closer to some form of normalcy.
“I am really glad. It is something that is really important to me, just because I haven’t been able to see my family, like my parents. I hope that I can in the near future,” says Devore.
