You have up to three minutes for your Opening Statement. The order was determined by a drawing prior to the event. After the Opening Statement well have questions. Youll be allowed 90 seconds for your answers to answertors questions to all of you. There will be a 90 second answer from that candidate and 30second rebuttal from the others. Youll be signaled when you have 15 seconds left and when your time is up. The first half of the program is for questions from the moderator, myself, and the second half for questions from our audience in the room.
