Two community members are getting the chance to share their views on important topics on a provincial scale.
Jennifer Turner, Superintendent of the Fort McMurray Public School Division, is one of six individuals on the Child and Youth Well-Being Review Panel.
It’s being created to help understand the full scope of the ‘psychological, social, educational and physical effects’ the COVID-19 pandemic has had on today’s youth.
“My entire career has been about the well-being of children, with a large focus on mental health,” said Turner. “I look forward to learning from and sharing with this esteemed panel.”
