The Montcalm County Election Commission on Monday voted 3-0 to deny two sets of proposed recall language petitions against the Maple Valley Township treasurer due to lack of clarity. The Election Commission is comprised of Montcalm County Probate Court Judge Charles Simon III, Clerk Kristen Millard and Treasurer JoAnne Vukin.
