Andrew Rosner Appointed as Director of Digital Fluency

Franklin College has announced the appointment of Andrew Rosner as director of digital fluency at the college.
Digital fluency is the aptitude to effectively and ethically interpret information, discover meaning, design content, construct knowledge, and communicate ideas in a digitally connected world. Franklin College is ramping up its efforts in digital fluency to better prepare its students for the workforce after graduation.
Rosner, the first ever to hold the position at the college, is responsible for leading the implementation of the college’s strategic digital fluency initiative. His primary role is establishing connections to people, knowledge and experiences in digital fluency that will enhance the strong liberal arts education at Franklin and improve students’ digital fluency skills and career outcomes.
