He was shot by a clerk when he was trying to rob the Cell Phone Stores. Court documents say metro pcs is just one of the several stores that lipscome robbed. In fact a search warrant affidavit says he could be connected to seven other robberies in Hampton Roads in newport news, hampton, and suffolk. According to the paperwork, one of those robberies was at a hampton checksmart. Court documents say lipscombe held up a woman at gunpoint ass he was walking out of the store on mercury boulevard then he robbed the store. Then three weeks later he struck again.
