Dr. Anthony Zeimet and his family have felt stuck on pause since March 13, the day they knew the coronavirus pandemic was in Wisconsin to stay.  On Thursday afternoon at nearly 3:30, though, his world fell back into motion: He was the first health care worker in Appleton to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
