CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A man wanted out of Ohio for allegedly making a terroristic threat was taken into custody across state lines in Pennsylvania.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, Kris Kinsey was arrested last week in Bucks County, Pa. on a felony warrant issued in Ohio.
Municipal court records filed in Elyria show that the warrant stems from a felony charge of âmaking a terroristic threat.â

Cleveland, OH - A man wanted out of Ohio for allegedly making a terroristic threat was taken into custody across state lines in Pennsylvania.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, Kris Kinsey was arrested last week in Bucks County, Pa. on a felony warrant issued in Ohio.
Municipal court records filed in Elyria show that the warrant stems from a felony charge of “making a terroristic threat.”
Kinsey is accused if making online threats directed at notable Democrats, including President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf.
Kinsey was arraigned at a Pennsylvania district court and was initially booked at the Bucks County Correctional Facility on a $4.6 million bond.

A Bucks County man was arrested at a campsite Friday after police say he made threats on Facebook against President-elect Joe Biden, Vice President-elect Kamala Harris and other prominent Democratic party officials.
Kris Kinsey, 61, of Upper Black Eddy, was wanted in Ohio and was taken into custody by the Pennsylvania State Police in Bucks County, according to the Pennsylvania State Police at Dublin.
Troopers went into a wooded area off of Sunday Road in Durham Township and arrested him, NBC 10 is reporting.
At the campsite, police found a semiautomatic handgun, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, reports indicate. Kinsey is prohibited from having a gun, according to reports.
Kris Kinsey, 61, was arrested at a campsite in Bucks County, Pennsylvania in connection with a series of threats allegedly made against Democratic leaders on his Facebook page. Authorities found a semiautomatic weapon at Kinsey's Durham Township campsite.
