(KNSI) – A Sauk Rapids restaurant is holding a grand re-opening after making some upgrades.
Old Capital Tavern will be open on Wednesday at 4 p.m. for dinner. The restaurant has been closed for two months.
The restaurant has undergone two significant changes, including renovations to the kitchen to speed up order taking and other efficiencies to help food get served quicker.
Old Capital Tavern General Manager Mitch Eickhoff says another change will be noticed right away.
“We’re opening up with a brand new menu. And we’re revamping the menu trying to bring the Old Cap back to what it used to be back in the days when we were a little bit more experimental and, not your typical burger joint.”
ENTAG chief executive Kris Carver said the move would help the company in its goal to become a leader in the digital health field.
It has already been involved in setting up the first virtual hospital and enhancing technology for home-based health care.
Chief executive Kris Carver said the proximity to the hospital and the building’s focus on health and wellbeing attracted the company to Be’s Vitality Village.
“ENTAG’s goal is to be a leading technology services business with national scale,” Mr Carver said.
“Our collaboration with Vitality Village will enhance our ability to be a leader in digital health.
