BHOPAL: The Madhya Pradesh government on Sunday extended corona curfew in capital Bhopal till May 10, an official said.
The curfew, in force since April 12 with extensions on April 19 and 26, was to end at 6am on Monday, he added.

Vijayawada: Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy on Thursday directed officials to enhance the number of beds in Covid-19 hospitals, set up oxygen manufacturing plants and arrange oxygen tanks at hospitals.

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], April 29 (ANI): Amid a sharp increase in the number of COVID-19 cases and deaths in Uttar Pradesh, the state government on Thursday extended the weekend lockdown in the state to three days.
According to an order issued by the state government on Thursday, the weekend lockdown in the state will now be in place from Friday night till Tuesday morning. Earlier, it was from Friday night to Monday morning.
As per the order, all markets, private and public offices will be closed from Friday night to Tuesday morning till further orders. Markets, shopping malls, and restaurants will also remain shut.

Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh government will adopt a three-pronged strategy to check the spread of coronavirus across the state.
During the review meeting held on the prevailing COVID situation at the camp office here on Monday, the state government issued orders to adopt a three-pronged strategy to ensure better treatment, oxygen, quality food, medicine, water, and sanitation facilities in covid hospitals, allotment of beds to covid patients and to check the services of 104 call center. The three-pronged strategy, which will work from district to state level, will ensure no private hospital charges more than the prescribed price and also monitor the medical services in the hospitals.
