Kothapalli Geetha: Her Inspirational Journey:- Kothapalli Geetha is the former Lok Sabha MP from Araku constituency and she represented the constituency during 2014-19. She was born Kothapalli Jacob and Lizzamma on February 4th, 1971. Geetha completed her Bachelor of Arts in the year 1989, Bachelor of Education in the year 1990, both from Andhra University. She got married to PR Koteswara Rao in the year 1989 and the couple has a son and a daughter. After serving the people as a public servant, she submitted her resignation to serve the tribals through politics. She represented the ruling YSRCP party but she later floated her own party Jana Jagruti party in the year 2018. Kothapalli Geetha later joined Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). She floated her own political party after challenging caste politics. In the presence of Amit Shah and Ram Madhav, Kothapalli Geetha joined BJP in 2019.
