Ζαχαρούλα Κληματσάκη γεννήθηκε και μεγάλωσε στα Χανιά. Έχει σπουδάσει υποκριτική στην Ανωτέρα Δραματική Σχολή Βεάκη και έχει συνεργαστεί με πολύ αξιόλογους σκηνοθέτες (Ανατόλι Βασίλιεφ, Βασίλης Νικολαΐδης, Ηλίας Καρελλάς κ.ά.) σε σημαντικούς χώρους (
