The All-Big Ten honoree has had an impressive 2021, leading the Buckeyes in scoring this past year and then showed his skills at both the NBA G League Elite Camp and the NBA Draft Combine this summer.

Olympiacos fights back to knock off Zenit
Olympiacos Piraeus kept alive its slim playoffs hopes - and gave other teams fighting for the post-season a beam of light - as it came back from 17 points down to knock off Zenit St Petersburg 75-61 at home. Vassilis Spanoulis led the way with a season-high 16 points, as Olympiacos allowed just 5 points in the fourth quarter and 33 in the final 30 minutes to move to 13-16 with its second straight win. While Spanoulis scored 11 of his points in the fourth quarter, Sasha Vezenkov and Shaquielle McKissic carried the load in the third quarter and both finished with 13 points. Zenit, which led 22-39 late in the second quarter and 30-46 early in the third, dropped to 16-12 and is 3-6 in its last nine games as it fights to stay among the playoff ranks. Kevin Pangos scored 20 points with 7 assists while Alex Poythress had 11 points and Mateusz Ponitka chipped in 10 points and 11 rebounds in the loss.
Reds snap skid, down Zvezda
Olympiacos Piraeus snapped its seven-game losing streak and kept alive its playoff hopes with a 94-79 win over visiting Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade on Friday night. The win moved Olympiacos up to a 12-17 record, while already-eliminated Zvezda saw its own losing streak extended to eight games, dropping to 7-21. Olympiacos led the entire first half and, after Zvezda took a slim lead after the break, the hosts used a 12-1 run bridging third and fourth quarters to pull away and close out the victory. Shaquielle McKissic paced Olympiacos with 20 points. Sasha Vezenkov netted 17, while Kostas Sloukas had 14 points and 7 assists in the winning effort. Marko Simonovic netted 19 points, making 5 of 8 three-pointers for Zvezda. Ognjen Dobric had 11 points and Jordan Loyd finished with 10.
