Globe Telecom Inc. (GLO) has an 11-man board with Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala as chairman and his younger brother, Fernando, as one of the co-chairmen, according to Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), the other being Arthur Lang Tao Yih. It placed its outstanding and issued at 133,432,727 common shares. Of the outstanding, 132,401,583 common shares are listed.
In its latest disclosure, GLO declared a fixed rate of 5.2006 percent per annum for the six-month period. The cash dividend will be paid on Feb. 22, 2021 to holders as of Jan. 27, 2021.
