Serbia signs MoU on Novi Sad bypass road with China s CRBC Milos Muller/Shutterstock.com BELGRADE (Serbia), April 15 (SeeNews) - Serbia s government has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) for a 130 million euro ($156 million) construction of a bypass road around Novi Sad, it said. The MoU stipulates that CRBC can start preparing the planning and technical documentation, conceptual solutions and environmental impact assessment, the director of state-owned motorway construction company Koridori Srbije, Aleksandar Antic, said in a press release on Wednesday. The construction of the bypass road is very important for Novi Sad because it will ease the motor traffic in the city, but it is also important for the entire region, since it is connected to the Fruskogorski Corridor road, infrastructure minister Tomislav Momirovic said in the press release.
