NCT conquers Gaon s monthly album chart

K-pop boy band NCT topped Gaon s monthly album chart for December with its latest release NCT ― The 2nd Album RESONANCE Pt.2, the group s agency SM Entertainment said Thursday.
Gaon is one of the country s most credible album/streaming charts launched in 2010 by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Music Content Industry.
NCT s album also dominated the charts on Hanteo and YES24 among others.
The 23-piece act sold about 2.68 million copies of its second full-length album, which was released in two parts. RESONANCE Pt. 1 (1.46 million) and Pt. 2 (1.22 million) were dropped on Oct. 12 and Nov. 23, respectively.
