Upon application from Korea Chemical Fibre Association, Korea Trade Commission announced to launch anti-dumping investigation on Polyester Filament Fully Drawn Yarn, FDY, originated from China on Jan 27, 2021, and the Hs code of the products involved is 5402.47.9000 in South Korea. The anti-dumping investigation period is from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, and the damage investigation period is from January 1, 2017 to June 30, 2020. Except for a further extension (2 months), the preliminary ruling will be made within 3 months from the date on which the notice of filing the case is published officially.
Interested parties shall register their response to the lawsuit within 3 weeks from the date when the announcement is issued officially.
