韩军人权中心26日表示，空军性侵案中涉嫌对受害人二次加害、报复、要挟而被起诉的上士A某25日下午被发现昏迷，后移送至医院，但经抢救无效身亡。A某此前被羁押在国防部直属勤务支援团军事警察大队的关押设施。 韩军资料图 据了解，已经身亡的A某为李某上司。李某在事发第二天就向组织聚餐的A某诉说遭遇。然而，A某因害怕自己组织5人以上聚餐违反防疫规定受到处罚，故劝说并威胁李某说“不能当这事没发生吗？”。 此外，A某还曾劝说李某丈夫接受加害者张某的和解条件，进行二次加害。 韩国空军参谋总长李成龙6月4日为此引咎辞职。韩国总统文在寅指示侦查机关彻查该案件。韩国国防部检察团本月9日发布初步调查结果称，已对22名涉案人进行立案，包括张某在内的10人被起诉。韩军人权中心方面表示，A某身亡全属国防部管理疏忽造
