The SAR government pointed out that after the implementation of the Hong Kong National Security Law, Hong Kong citizens will continue to enjoy the legal rights and freedoms under the Hong Kong Basic Law in accordance with the law. The SAR government stated that since the implementation of the National Security Law in Hong Kong, social stability has been restored, coupled with the close integration with mainland finance, investors are more interested in the Hong Kong market and have more confidence in Hong Kong's financial development prospects.
