The King of Fighters XV isn't out just yet, but the game has already revealed many characters that it plans to add in the future via downloadable content.
Fan-favorite Rock Howard is finally joining "The King of Fighters" in March. Keep in mind that he is only one of the 12 downloadable content (DLC) characters planned for 2022.
