Mangaluru/ Udupi: Moodbidri police arrested two youths along with a motorcycle without a number plate in their possession on Tuesday, at Konde Street .
Three suspected dagga cultivators, two foreign nationals and a South African, were arrested by Stellenbosch police, thanks to a tip-off received from the community.
