DIMAPUR Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS), Dimapur unit, in collaboration with NSS unit of Immanuel College, organised a training on youth leadership and community development at the college’s conference hall on Saturday. An update from NYKS stated that a total of 40 students have participated in the programme. In the first session, Dr. Yan Murry, founder and CEO of Pinnacle Skills, was the speaker, wherein she spoke on the importance of youth leadership. ‘Leadership, as an entrepreneur as well as in different facets of our social institutions, should begin from family,” she said. Komuni Kayina, soft skills instructor at Pinnacle Skills, was another resource person, who enlightened the students on the basic required skills to be an influential leader in every area.
