The woman, who filed the case against her husband of 34 years, is entirely dependent upon her husband for survival and undergoes economic violence. Despite the husband claiming business losses and disputing his wife s allegations, the court recognized the woman s emotional and financial responsibility to her pets, thereby ordering the monthly support payment.
