CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY - Eight municipalities in the province of Lanao del Norte have been declared "drug-free" based on the assessment by the Northern Mindanao's Regional Oversight Committee on Dangerous Drugs (ROCDD) and verified by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Region 10 (PDEA-10). In a statement on Friday, the provincial government identified the declared drug-free were the municipalities of Linamon, Matungao, Magsaysay, Nunungan, Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Tangcal, Kolambugan, and Pantao Ragat. Governor Imelda Quibranza-Dimaporo said these municipalities will receive a cash incentive of PHP30,000 each, which can be claimed at the Provincial Treasurer's Office.
