Murder accused Sambhu Kahar alias Shil of Kokrajhar who recently killed a retired engineer of Kokrajhar was arrested by Kokrajhar police on November 30 from Koochbehar town under Katowali police.
The police arrested the District Transport Officer (DTO) in charge of the Bodoland Territorial Region in Kokrajhar from his residence after a search operation conducted in the intervening night.
